Eurozone expectation is having a good impact on Estonia as foreign investors have become more interested in Estonia, claims Urmas Varblane, academician and member of the supervisory board of Estonian central bank Eesti Pank.

Speaking in an ETV programme last night, Varblane said that there are many investors who are seriously studying when and how to start business in Estonia and how to best take advantage of high unemployment.

"The key is that we ourselves must more active and tell everybody about the possibilities in our labour market," said Varblane, adding that the main problem facing the Estonian economy at present is how to finance new growth. This is going to determine the creation of new jobs and the whole future development. Right now one financing source - exports - is already working,” he said.Varblane said that he expects the economy to start growing already in the second half of this year.
